She enjoy's being able to help homeowners understand how they can improve the health of their home, while also improving energy efficiency. As Office Manager, Heather is often found answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and managing customer files. She works closely with Production to make sure every job is scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.
